VOICEMAIL SYSTEMS

The best solution for most customers is to install the a voicemail system, which is provided by the same manufacturer as their telephone system.  The cost is typically lower and the integration between the two systems is tighter.  With the Iwatsu, Samsung, and Lucent/Avaya product lines the voicemail card slides directly inside the telephone system cabinet to simplify installation and maintenance.  The Norstar and Panasonic systems use digitally integrated external voicemail systems.

For customers with special applications, which the telephone manufacturer's generic voicemails will not meet, AEX also installs the Aleen, Amanda and Office LinX products.  Advanced options with these systems include unified messaging, desktop call control, and email notification of inbound message receipts.
